Soviet  M1939(61-k)
37mm Anti-Aircraft Gun (de-milled)

The M39 is a Bofers type similar to the US 37mm/40mm cannons of WWII.

Made in large numbers, it was prevalent in WWII through the Cold War and is still in service in a few places around the world. As expected, it has been observed in Ukraine.

The demil on this cannon was beyond ATF import requirements. The barrel was also torch cut into three pieces in addition to the breach. The cut parts have been externally cosmetically restored. The paint was matched to the same weathered appearance as the carriage, and the completed restoration shows very well.

Totally non-functional and cannot be made functional as is everything in the museum
