DE-MILLING PROCESS
Under Federal Law Artillery must be de-milled to possess and as part of the process for an import permit.
De-milling requirements for importing artillery are a bore size hole in the barrel, a blocking bar welded inside the barrel, and the breach block assembly torch cut off. Below are typical examples. De-milling for other types of weapons varies slightly.
